Features of Single Column Vertical Lathe

1. The beam guide and ram guide are processed by supersonic frequency induction hardening. (HRC≥50). Being treated with sticking plastic, the sliding surface has strong wear resistance and high precision. Because of that, its maintenance circle can be lasted as long as more than ten years.
2. With the adoption of resin sand mold casting process, the vertical lathe castings of single column vertical lathe have superior quality and durability.
3. The high precision rat gear is used for positioning by five-angle tool carrier, which has stronger rigidity compared with traditional five piece positioning plate.
4. To make the vertical lathe adapt to the overloaded power cutting, make the device convenient and improve the maximum torque output, we adopt the electric rotary valve and grade 16 machinery variable speeds.
5. The electrics of Single column vertical lathe use Japan Omron PLC control and its electric components utilize the components with ultra-high quality.
6. The two axis display standard configuration and high precision gear grinding gear have the characters of low noise and stable operation.
7. These configurations are optional: rolling working platform, Germany Mecano button station, heightening lathe and prolonging ram and square ram etc.
