CK5120E Single Column Lathe

High rigid resin sand castings with thermal aging treatment form the main body of the machine. Its steel parts are thermal refined. With the adoption of stable rigid structure, this economic single column lathe mainly consists of base, table, and column, cross rail, tool head, hydraulic system and electric system. The cross rail moves up and down along the guideways of the column.

Hydraulic system of economic single column lathe is mainly used for table hydrostatic system, table speed change system, ram balancing system, cross rail clamping and unclamping system and lubrication system.
