Features of China Vertical Lathe Compound Center

1. CXK series of vertical turning and milling center can perform turning, milling, boring, drilling and grinding with three axes except bottom surface for one clamping time. If being equipped with five axes, the series can process more work piece with double pendulum head.
2. With the adoption of thermal symmetric construction, the main basic components and the main transmission of China vertical lathe compound center have high stability.
3. The main shaft of worktable adopts high-precise double row cylindrical roller bearing for centering in radial direction. It also adopts large ball thrust bearing for loading in axial direction. The worktable has the functions of precision indexing, turning and milling feeding.
4. C axis positioning accuracy of China vertical lathe compound center is up to ±6”.
5. The machine tool of vertical turning and milling center is equipped with ATC auto magazine, six turning tools and 24 milling tools.
6. The beam has the functions of hierarchical positioning.
7. The control system adopts Siemens 840 DSL system. (other systems are optional)
8. All of the castings of China vertical lathe compound center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
